Perfect marriage with local delights
RASEN is a new sake born from a collaboration between Singapore and Japan. Working with chef Willin Low, RASEN was created as a blended sake using 2 types of junmai to be paired with local Singaporean delights.RASEN’s refreshing acidity and elegant rice sweetness allows it to complement the complex flavours of Singapore perfectly. Whether it’s spicy Laksa or briny Oyster Omelette or Satay with savoury sweetness, RASEN goes down the throat smoothly, leaving behind a light aftertaste with lingering umami.Whilst RASEN is made using Yaegaki's traditional proven methods, the sake is a celebration and appreciation for the intertwining of two food cultures that goes beyond time & boundaries.
